How to claiming Your TnG eWallet Credit:
Follow these simple steps to get your Touch 'n Go eWallet credit:
- Purchase: Buy an eligible HP printer from us during the promotional period (1st May 2025 to 31st July 2025).
- Go Online: Visit www.hp.com.my/hpprintrewards.

Submit Your Claim: Fully and correctly lodge your claim online. You'll need to provide:
- Your first and last name.
- Your mobile phone number registered with your Touch 'n Go eWallet.
- The Eligible Product Part Number and Serial Number.
- A photo/scan of the serial number from the printer OR a photo/scan of the serial number on the packaging box.
- A photo/scan of the corresponding Tax Invoice for the sale of the Eligible Product. * Important: Handwritten tax invoices and delivery dockets will not be accepted.

Upload Invoice: Upload the Tax Invoice (PDF, JPG, or other supported file type) to the promotion website. The Tax Invoice must clearly show:
- Your (customer) name.
- Your (customer) contact number.
- The HP partners (seller) company name and registration number.
- Sale purchase date.
- Printer must be within the list of qualify models shown above
- Invoice number.
